Select two of the same size, or mix Small and Regular if you want to compare the fit. A twin pack is also useful if you like having a clean spare ready at home, at work or while travelling.

Choose your discs

Disc sizing is mainly about fit and comfort, but your flow, cervix height and previous disc experience can also help guide your choice.

Small - 61 mm diameter x 35 mm height
The smaller-diameter option. It may suit you if you prefer a smaller fit, have a lower cervix, or find a larger disc uncomfortable or difficult to position.

Regular - 68 mm diameter x 39 mm height
The larger-diameter option. It may suit you if you prefer a larger fit, have a higher cervix, or want more capacity for your flow.

A disc should sit comfortably behind the pubic bone without causing pressure or slipping out of position. Finding the right size can take some trial and error.

Available in Neon Pink, Midnight Black and Ocean Blue.

About bohokiwi menstrual discs

Made from 100% medical-grade silicone, bohokiwi menstrual discs can be worn for up to 12 hours depending on your flow and individual needs.

The built-in removal ring gives you an easy-to-reach grip when removing the disc.

A menstrual disc sits high in the vaginal canal, beneath the cervix, and does not rely on suction in the same way a menstrual cup does.

It can be a practical reusable option for work, study, exercise, swimming, sleep and travel.

A menstrual disc can also be worn during penetrative vaginal sex if it is comfortable and correctly positioned. It is not a contraceptive and does not protect against sexually transmitted infections.

Cleaning and storage

Clean your discs regularly during your period and thoroughly between cycles. For deeper cleaning between cycles, you can use a bohokiwi steriliser according to its instructions.

Once completely dry, store your discs in the cotton storage bags provided.
