Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

For non-fault issues, please contact us at contact@bohokiwi.co.nz within 7 working days of receiving your order. Requests made after this time may not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind where the product has been opened.

If your return is accepted, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product is faulty or does not meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the law.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and advise whether you are eligible for a replacement or refund. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
