Standard Delivery: $6
Rural Delivery: $13

Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are shipped the next working day.

All parcels are sent via New Zealand Post with tracking provided.

Estimated delivery times:
Standard: 2–3 working days
Rural: up to 5 working days

International Shipping
Australia: $10 flat rate
Japan: $7 flat rate
All other countries: $10 flat rate

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. bohokiwi is not liable for delays caused by customs or international postal services.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout. bohokiwi is not responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address information.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to restricted access, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection from a local depot and is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the product cost only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from the refund.

Returns Shipping or Exchange
Return postage is at the customer’s expense.

Faulty or damaged products: Return postage will be covered by bohokiwi in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
