Our smallest cup, with the lowest capacity and narrowest diameter.
Regular - 20 ml
43 mm diameter x 63 mm height
A middle-size option with more capacity than the Mini while remaining smaller than the Large.
Large - 25 ml
46 mm diameter x 65 mm height
Our largest cup, with the highest capacity in the range.

Using your menstrual cup
Empty your cup as often as your flow requires. If cups are new to you, give yourself time to get familiar with insertion, removal and finding the fit that works best for you.

Cleaning and storage
Clean your cup regularly during your period and thoroughly between cycles.
Once completely dry, store it in the cotton bag provided or in a clean bohokiwi steriliser.

Check your cup regularly for changes in texture, persistent odour or damage, and replace it when necessary.
