bohokiwi Menstrual Cup & Disc Set

Not sure whether a menstrual cup or menstrual disc will suit you best? This set lets you try both.

The bohokiwi Menstrual Cup & Disc Set includes one cup and one disc, so you can compare the fit, feel and routine of each product and decide what works best for your body.

You may find you prefer one over the other, or you may like having both available for different days, activities or situations.

Choose the size and colour of each product to suit your individual preferences.

Save 20% compared with buying the included products separately.

Choose your menstrual cup size

bohokiwi menstrual cups come in three sizes. The right size can depend on your flow, fit, comfort and previous cup experience.

Mini - 15 ml
40 mm diameter x 60 mm height
Our smallest cup, with the lowest capacity and narrowest diameter.

Regular - 20 ml
43 mm diameter x 63 mm height
A middle-size option with more capacity than the Mini while remaining smaller than the Large.

Large - 25 ml
46 mm diameter x 65 mm height
Our largest cup, with the highest capacity in the range.

Choose your menstrual disc size

bohokiwi menstrual discs come in two sizes. The right size is mainly about fit and comfort, but your flow, cervix height and previous disc experience can also help guide your choice.

Small - 45 ml
61 mm diameter x 35 mm height
The smaller-diameter option. It may suit you if you prefer a smaller fit, have a lower cervix, or find a larger disc uncomfortable or difficult to position.

Regular - 60 ml
68 mm diameter x 39 mm height
The larger-diameter option. It may suit you if you prefer a larger fit, have a higher cervix, or want more capacity for your flow.

A disc should sit comfortably behind the pubic bone without causing pressure or slipping out of position. Finding the right size can take some trial and error.

What’s included

• 1 x bohokiwi Menstrual Cup in your chosen size and colour
• 1 x bohokiwi Menstrual Disc in your chosen size and colour
• 2 x cotton storage bags
• 1 x natural bamboo cleaning brush
• How-to guides

What’s the difference?

Menstrual Cup
A menstrual cup sits lower in the vaginal canal and forms a gentle seal to collect menstrual fluid.

It can be worn for up to 12 hours depending on your flow and individual needs.

Menstrual Disc
A menstrual disc sits higher in the vaginal canal, beneath the cervix, and tucks behind the pubic bone. Unlike a cup, it does not rely on suction to remain in place.

It can also be worn for up to 12 hours depending on your flow and individual needs.

A menstrual disc can be worn during penetrative vaginal sex if it is comfortable and correctly positioned. It is not a contraceptive and does not protect against sexually transmitted infections.

Try both and see what works for you

If you are new to reusable period care, it can take a little time to work out which style feels most comfortable and practical.

You may prefer:

• a cup for some days and a disc for others
• one product for everyday use and the other as a backup
• a disc for certain activities and a cup for others
• one style overall after trying both

There is no need to decide before you start. This set gives you the opportunity to experience both options and find the routine that suits you.

Cleaning and storage

Clean your cup and disc regularly during your period and thoroughly between cycles.

Once completely dry, store each product in its cotton storage bag.

For deeper cleaning between cycles, you can use a bohokiwi steriliser according to its instructions.

Check your cup and disc regularly for changes in texture, persistent odour or damage, and replace them when necessary.

Made for everyday life

Both products can be practical reusable options for work, study, exercise, swimming, sleep and travel.
